Refund policy
At CheerKick, every order is made especially for you. Because our products are personalized with your child's photo, name, or custom design, we cannot resell them.
Returns
We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made products unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized sticker packs
- Custom posters
- Custom merchandise
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
If approved, we will either:
- Send a free replacement
- Issue a full refund
Order Changes
Because production begins quickly, order changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
Shipping Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
